Ninuno: Fine Filipino Private Dining Experience

I had the privilege and the honor to be invited to Ninuno's first pop-up dinner by Chef Atlas Amante and sommeliers Susan and Sara. Each dish was curated with specific wines that complimented each bite perfectly. Susan and Sarah also created a cocktail called Filipino 75, made with gin, prosecco and kalamansi juice. Atlas even used microgreens provided by Maureen of @jerseycitygardens.

The idea is to have a private fine dining experience with your friends while Atlas educates the diners about Filipino food culture. You get to sit and mingle with your friends in an intimate setting or you can watch Atlas cook and prepare your meals. It's your call.

Chef Atlas will be launching a KickStarter soon to turn this pop-up dinner concept into a reality, forever! Keep a look out for links to reserve your spot.

NOTE: This is NOT your typical Filipino fiesta buffet portions! Every gourmet dish and fancy wine are served in tasting portions only. Check out the photos below.
